The relations with customers are determined by contractual relationship which includes all the existing rights and duties of the parties, procedure of settlements, list of documents for rendering of service, etc.

     The OJSC «IPP» terminal is a specialized enterprise exporting liquid bulk cargo: diesel fuel and mineral fertilizers.

     The transportation of export cargo is carried out by two general operators: the company «Harvester» (transshipment of mineral fertilizers) and the company «Projetra» (transshipment of light oil). There is a transshipment contract with the company «Harvester», effective till the end of 2008 (with the annual fertilizer transshipment volume of 850,000 tonnes), with the company «Projetra» - till the end of 2007 (with the annual volume of diesel fuel transshipment of 4,200,000 tonnes). The partnership of OJSC «IPP»with these companies is bolstered with long-term cooperation.

     The OJSC «IPP» also renders service in transshipment of bunker fuel oil and diesel fuel.

     This is the reason for having contracts with four companies, apart from sales contract for fuel oil and diesel fuel by bunkering companies. According to the contracts, the operators are the OJSC «Fleet NMTP», «Black Sea Tow Company» Ltd., «Trans Oil Service» Ltd. and «Transbunker-novo» Ltd. The contracts with operators are effective till the end of 2007.
