The program of the further development of the enterprise has been developed and is carried out successively. It includes the growth of transshipment volume, inadmissibility of the deviation of the cargo traffic to the ports of other countries, maintenance of perfect client servicing.
In the end of August 2007 the construction of the complex for the transshipment of bunker fuel in the Novorossiysk seaport was completed at the territory of OJSC «IPP». The project includes the transshipment of bunker fuel oil with the volume of 600,000 tonnes and diesel fuel with the volume of 48,000 tonnes per annum. The terminal created facilities for fuel oil and diesel fuel discharging from railway transport and bunker fuel pipelines for the loading of bunkering vessels or for the immediate bunkering of ship at the berth. Two tanks have been built for the fuel oil acceptance and storage with the capacity of 5,000 m³ each, and one tank has been built for diesel fuel with the capacity of 1,000 m³; overpasses with tank-wagon discharge facilities were reconstructed, and the berths Nos. 26À, 26, 27 had been reconstructed. Upon completion of all the construction engineering work bunkering operations can be carried out by the direct scheme: tank farm – vessel.
The further stage of the enterprise development, planned for the next years, includes the construction of the complex for the transshipment of liquid cargoes with the total volume of over 5,85 million tonnes on the existing territory of the OJSC «IPP». This project includes the reconstruction of the tank farm for oil products and creation of the complex for the gasoline transshipment with the capacity of 1 million tonnes per annum.
The following stage of the development of OJSC «IPP» will be implementation of the project «OJSC «IPP» Development (warehouse depot)».
The main objective of the project is the increase of capacities of OJSC «IPP» for the transshipment of export dark oil products up to 3 million tonnes per annum. The project includes the construction of the terminal on the purchased area situated near to the OJSC «IPP».
