The Company’s corporate bodies are:
General meeting of the Company’s participants;
The Company’s Director General is the sole executive body.
The Company’s higher corporate body is the General meeting of the Company’s participants. The General meeting of the Company’s participants shall act in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and on the basis of the Articles.
The Company’s Director General is responsible for all issues related to the Company’s activity management, with the exception of issues related to the competence of the General meeting of participants in the Articles.
