Services

Main services, the procedure of rendering service

The main services rendered by OJSC IPP are the accumulation, storage, and transshipment of liquid bulk cargoes – oil products (diesel and bunker fuel) and mineral fertilizers (UAN).

Industrial capacities, shipment procedures

OJSC IPP possesses complete set of technological equipment for export and import of liquid goods. The facilities for the acceptance and storage of oil products and carbamide-ammoniac compound (mineral fertilizers) are connected with berths by the system of the terminal service pipelines. Novorossiysk Commercial Seaport (PJSC NCSP) is the operator of hydro-technical facilities.

The cargo is supplied to the terminal in railway tank cars. Railway side tracks adjoining to Novorossiysk station are capable of accumulating up to 100 wagons at a time. Railway tank cars are discharged at unloading racks capable to handle 74 tanks at a time, including 42 tanks with diesel fuel, 20 tanks with carbamide-ammoniac compound (mineral fertilizers of UAN-32 standard), 12 tanks with bunkering fuel. The unloading racks are equipped with discharge facilities and a collector providing for the uniform feeding to the tank farm.

The capacity of the tank farm of the enterprise provides for the one-time storage of diesel fuel and mineral fertilizers (UAN), with the volume of up to 96,000 m³, and bunker fuel – up to 11,000 m³.

The accredited test laboratory of OJSC IPP controls the quality of incoming cargo, performs analyses as per main parameters according to the requirements of the state standards, issues the Certificates of Quality for the shipped cargoes.

The cargo is accepted and shipped using automated flow meters of the terminal. The terminal equipment has an automated emergency control system (ECS).

The shipment is effected at two specialized berths of PJSC NCSP which can accommodate and handle the tankers with deadweight up to 56,000 tons and up to 210 m length overall, and vessels’ draft near berth comprising 11,9 and 29 m. The ships are loaded by standers and flexible hoses. Tankers’ loading speed is 1,100 tons per hour; the loading time of the tankers with displacement of 30,000 tons is 30 hours. The pipeline system from the terminal to the birth provides for the simultaneous loading of two tankers with diesel fuel, or one tanker with diesel fuel and one tanker with mineral fertilizer (UAN).

The existing technological schemes include cargo handling both with the accumulation of lots in the customs zone tank farm, and the use of the direct variant: vehicle – ship.
